Quick way to learn all Keys on the Piano
Step by step guide on how to master all the Major Scales on the Piano or Keyboard.
Mastering the major scale in all 12 keys is quite easier than we actually thought. It is all about the technique and pattern in which you apply in learning it. In this short article, I am going to teach you how to master scales in all 12 keys, but we are going to be focusing more on the major scales before entering minor scales, then pentatonic, blue scale(for jazz), and other scales.
Learning the major scale is more than a pattern, you have to generate a technique. We tend to learn things the wrong way and this is one of the major reasons why people get tired of learning it. So we developed an algorithm, all thanks to Agabus who spent time working on this algorithm. Check out the steps below on how you should learn the major scale orderly.
1. C major scale — No black keys
2. G and F major scale — 1 black note only
3. D and A# — 2 black note
4. A and D# — 3 black note
5. E and G# — 4 black note
6. C#, F#, and B — 5 black note each.
